Refund policy

Shic! Wellness Boutique provides consultation, coaching, and wellness services.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

In the event that a licensed healthcare provider determines a client is not eligible for prescription-based metabolic support, consultation fees may be applied as credit toward non-medical nutrition and strength services offered through Juiced By Shic.

Coaching and wellness services are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

If physical products are offered in the future, return eligibility and timeframes will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

No refunds are issued for missed appointments without at least 24 hours’ notice.
